During normal business hours, you can either use the eMail or Phone call solution to contact our support team

 

  • eMail: You can contact our support team by sending an email to eTitleSearchSupport@PropertyInfo.com. Be sure to include your contact information and some general information about the problem.

 

  • Phone call: You can call our support team at 615-366-8490. The first question you will be asked is if you have an Open Ticket, or do you need to create a New Ticket. Be sure to let the person that you are speaking to know that this is for eTitleSearch, and you would like to speak to someone in that group. The TCO will then try to transfer your phone call to our support team. If everyone is busy, a technical support member will contact you as soon as possible.
