The eTitleSearch support team is available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday thru Friday, except during Holidays. If you are having a problem outside of these times, please use the eMail listed below and someone from our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

 

  • New or Current Accounts: If you are requesting to create an eTitleSearch account, or add additional counties, or make any changes to your account, please contact our eTitleSearch Project Manager by sending an email to ePublishing@PropertyInfo.com. Be sure to include what county(s) you would like to access.

 

  • Problems using eTitleSearch: If you are having any issues using eTitleSearch, please contact our support team at 877-800-3132, select option 4 for eTitleSearch product support. The first question you will be asked is if you have an Open Ticket, or do you need to create a New Ticket. Be sure to let the person that you are speaking to know that this is for eTitleSearch, and you would like to speak to someone in that group. The TCO will then try to transfer your phone call to our support team. If everyone is busy, a technical support member will contact you as soon as possible.
