Jackson Plant Association of Kansas City, Missouri is the
publishing company for Jackson County records on
eTitleSearch.com. Jackson county has posted records from 2003 and is normally current to within
15 days. You should also see
our current Title Plant date from the Search Manager of
eTitleSearch. We have the following instruments posted into
our title plant: Warranty Deeds, Quit Claim Deeds, Deeds
of Trust, Beneficiary Deeds, Deeds of Release,
Affidavits, Modifications, Assignments, Requests for Notice of
Sale, Trustee's Deeds, and Subordination Agreements. Although we have many
types of instruments we do not post marriage licenses or tax
leans. All names have been
posted as last name, then a comma and a space then the first
name. For example: "SMITH, GENE". All company names
